FredS1974. · #16 ·. I have both and prefer the USP 45 to the HK 45. The primary reason is my hand size. If you have larger hands the HK 45 may be problematic. The USP also has a slightly better recoil system, IMO; and the much discussed issue of two more rounds for those for whom this matters. The USP is a workhorse.
